#ONDO2020: ENGR. IFEOLUWA OYEDELE IS TOO FOCUSSED TO BE DISTRACTED

The attention of IFEOLUWA OYEDELE Campaign Organisation has been drawn to the recent news making the rounds regarding the purported selection of a consensus candidate by the APC Unity Forum. We are using this medium to ask our teeming supporters and the good people of Ondo State to ignore this faulty declaration in its entirety. The declaration has no effect whatsoever on Engr. Ife Oyedele’s governorship project.

Our Campaign Organisation align itself with the position of the duly elected Secretary of the Screening Committee, Prof. Sola Ehindero who described the so-called consensus report as a fake, sponsored, compromised and fraudulent document. It is even more worrisome that the general meeting of the Unity Forum that has the final responsibility of announcing a consensus candidate was sidelined to pave way for the hurried and fundamentally flawed pronouncement. Such a political contraption cannot but be dead on arrival.

With a well-thought out and comprehensive blueprint which is aimed at effecting a paradigm shift in governance in Ondo State, what Engr. Ife Oyedele is bringing to the table is good governance and demonstrable development that is people-centred.

His governorship project is effectively owned by the good people of Ondo State and it is not in his character to capitulate in the course of spearheading a project owned by the people.

We urge all well-meaning citizens of Ondo State to team up with us and remain focused on this noble cause. By the special grace of God Almighty, victory is certain to come our way.

Long live the All Progressives Congress.

Long live Ondo State

Long live the Federal Republic of Nigeria

Signed:
Yomi Adebayo
Director of Media and Publicity, IFEOLUWA OYEDELE Campaign Organisation
