The Director General of the Obi-Datti Presidential Campaign Organisation, Dr. Doyin Okupe , has stated that the Labour Party and its presidential candidate, Peter Obi are only focused on the 2023 presidential election.
He stated this on Channels TV on Tuesday while reacting to the recent statement of the Anambra State Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo about Peter Obi.
It would be recalled that Prof. Soludo in a lengthy letter had stated that Peter Obi cannot win the 2023 presidential election.
Reacting to the Soludo, Doyin Okupe stated that the Labour Party is not disturbed with the recent utterances of Soludo as they are totally focused on their campaign activities ahead of the 2023 presidential election.
“There is nothing to learn from Soludo’s article. We are focused on our presidential campaign.”
Also while reacting to the claims of Soludo, that the 2023 presidential election is a two-horse race, Okupe said, “Soludo must be living in another planet if he believes the presidential race is a two-horse race. Even a blind person know this is absolute fallacy”.
