A Constitutional lawyer and Human Rights Activist, Dr. Tunji Abayomi has assured Nigerians that the Presidential Candidate of All Progressives Congress (APC) Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu’s integrity remained intact as he has no case to answer before the United States of America.
Abayomi in a statement issued today in Akure, the Ondo State Capital said Nigerians should not be confused but have confidence in Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu as he is ready to serve Nigeria well with all his strength.
According to him, “this is for those who need to know. As an American trained Nigerian Lawyer, let me disabuse your minds of wrong beliefs and prejudice. Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has no case to answer now or before.
“His qualification to run for President of Nigeria is unimpeachable. In the US, or anywhere, criminal forfeiture requires prior CONVICTION from a trial for crime initiated by a Prosecutor against an accused in person not merely against a property whether money, real or movable property. This is the law. Be not confused”, Abayomi concluded.
