The Ikare Progressive Union (IPU) has assured the Federal Lawmaker representing Akoko North East/ North West Federal Constituency, Hon. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo of their unwavering support and loyalty towards his re-election bid.
The group made this know during a media parley with newsmen in Ikare Akoko on the 22nd of May, 2022. As stated by the group through its spokesperson, Mr. Segun Olorunwa, the group is solidly behind the Lawmaker whom they described as a worthy candidate who have changed the narrative for the better for the people of the Federal Constituency.
He also revealed that the group is not perturbed with the various propaganda and political gimmicks which are been instigated against the Federal Lawmaker.
According to the group, the various attacks on the Lawmaker holds no water as he has proven himself to be the leader and representative needed by the people.
In the words of their spokesperson, Mr. Olorunwa,” the various propaganda against BTO are nothing but baseless accusations which holds no water, we are not in any way bothered by them.
Our support for BTO is solid and unshaken, he has proven his worth and we know that we can look forward to having a better future with him leading us”
The group also commended the Lawmaker for his wonderful strides which they explained has repositioned the region for better economic performance and industrial growth.
