Former Senator and ex-Osun Deputy Governor Iyiola Omisore today visited the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital Ile-Ife for the 17th Annual Community Giving Outreach where he reached out to the patients and staff of the facility.
He said during the visit,“We are here today not just to celebrate new lives but also to seek opportunities to make a difference in the lives of the people who need our assistance.
“Bearing in mind always that our show of love, kindness and compassion is only an extension of gratitude to our maker for the same grace granted to us,” he added.
Also addressing the Patients and Staffs of the facility, he stated that Fingers are not equal, yet they are united in one hand. “We must support each other to function effectively” he concluded.
Gifts were presented to the patients in the Teaching Hospital.
