Leading Candidate and All Progressive Congress (APC) flag bearer in the forthcoming Ojokoro Chairmanship election, Hon. Oladipupo Babatunde Okeyomi has stated his intention to to ensure the all round transformation of the LCDA if elected as the next Chairman of Ojokoro LCDA.
This he revealed when giving his speech at the official campaign flag off ceremony today, 7th of May 2021 in the LCDA.
According to him,” I hereby present myself for the post of the Executive Chairman of our great LCDA with a view to bringing dividends of democracy to the grass root with the support of God Almighty and the good people of Ojokoro”
” I promise to transform the books and crannies of Ojokoro to the silicon valley of Lagos State in complementing the good work that is being done by our amiable and hard-working Governor Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu” he added.
He also acknowledged the support of the Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu who he described as a great pillar of support and a role model to everyone in the state. Hon. Oladipupo Babatunde Okeyomi also appreciated the party leadership and members at large for the support which has been given to him.
Also the Traditional Ruler of the Community, HRM, Oba Rilwan Oluwalambe Taiwo Akanbiogun 1, while presenting Hon. Oladipupo Babatunde Okeyomi to the people stated that he is well assured and confident that he will emerge victorious at the polls as he has the backing and unwavering support o of the people.
He stated,” Hon. Oladipupo Babatunde Okeyomi is our dear son, we believe in his ability to deliver and bring the much needed change to our community, we are for him, just as he is for us”
