Group rallies support for Amosun, says he remains Buhari’s Best successor.
A Southwest based group, Oduduwa Progressive Alliance, has said only former Governor of Ogun State and incumbent Senator representing Ogun central senatorial district, Senator Ibikunle Amosun, can return the All Progressives Congress (APC) to a winning streak in the 2023 polls.
Rising from a General meeting on Sunday in Akure Ondo State, the group in a statement signed by………..said Senator Ibikunle Amosun is the face of national unity, and truly represents the vision of President Muhammadu Buhari, in building a prosperous APC and the country at large. He said Amosun enjoys a very cordial relationship with President Buhari, more than every other aspirants in the APC.
According to the group, with the requisite skills and wealth of experience, Senator Amosun has honed over time and his innate traits, will surely guarantee a victory for the party, in the 2023 Presidential election.
Ahead of the party’s Presidential primary, the group urged delegates to be unanimous in their support, for Amosun, as it remains the surest way, towards ensuring the victory of the party, in 2023.
