Congratulations to Governor Akeredolu for a victory earned

The much awaited governorship election in Ondo State has come and gone with victories and defeats but we are grateful to God and the people of Ondo State that the victory went the way of our Talk-and-do Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu and our great party, APC.

I acknowledge the resilience and team spirit of candidates of other political parties for taking up the challenge of contesting the election and their patriotism is not taken for granted because I understand they were motivated by passion for the development of our dear state.

While no one should solely take glory for this feat, it’s important to state that the winners of the election are the people of Ondo State.

The least I could say is a THANK YOU to you as citizens of our dear state. You have taken a stand for which generations unborn will be grateful for.

We combed the length and breath of the state mobilising and canvassing for your support and you never let us down.

I congratulate the man of the moment, Governor Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu who has earned the trust of the people to govern them for another four years.

Your excellency sir, I know you will continue in the mission #DevelopOndo you’ve embarked on and I appeal to the people of Ondo state to trust you on this. Once again, congratulations, your excellency!

At this point in time, I want to thank President Muhammadu Buhari who kept to his words by allowing a free and fair election under his watch. Mr President, thank you for this!

Election is over, it’s time to join hands together to develop our dear state as proud citizens of the sunshine state that we are.

God bless Ondo State
God bless Nigeria

Rep. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo,
Chairman, Contact and Mobilisation Committee,
