The coalition of All Progressives Congress APC Support Groups, across Sokoto State, have restated their loyalty to the leader of Sokoto politics and leader of the party in the state, Senator Magatakarda Wamakko. The groups at an elaborate Press conference, held on Monday described Senator Wamakko, who is the chairman of the Senate Committee on Defense, as a selfless and courageous leaders, who have been providing leadership for the party, in Sokoto State and beyond.

Members of the Press,
Assalamu Alaikum warahmatullahi ta’alah wabaraka’tuhu.
It’s indeed grateful for all of us here and those at home who cannot make it to be here on this very special and all important event in the history of Nigeria’s democracy.
The APC in Sokoto state remain the only formidable political party in Sokoto with the most highest number of supporters across the nooks and crannies of the state all courtesy of the most respectful, regarded, committed and dedicated personality whose deep sense of humour, highest esteem and patriotism earned him unending loyalty and support from the entire good people of Sokoto State who have passion and zeal to see Sokoto state and it’s people reach it’s apex in terms of development. The Charismatic, Simple and Philanthropist DISTINGUISHED SENATOR ALIYU MAGATAKARDA WAMAKKO (Sarkin Yamman Daular Usmaniyya, Member Muslim World League,) Senator representing Sokoto North Senatorial District, Chairman Senate Committee on Defence, and Vice Chairman Senate Committee on Corruption and other Criminal offenses, is no doubt a factor behind the making of APC a truly most love and populous political party in the history of Sokoto State politics.
We at COALITION OF APC SUPPORT GROUPS with all our counterparts here and those not present here are undeniably and unarguably loyal to the able and capable leadership of His Excellency, Distinguished Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko (Sarkin Yamman Daular Usmaniyya) because of his kind hearted gestures of making Sokoto State and it’s people proud during his tenure as Governor and presently as Senator and leader of Sokoto State APC by proving to the world that he has no other place than Sokoto and it remains his best and first priority ever.
His Excellency, the distinguished Senator Wamakko during his tenure as Governor has done number of developmental projects and programmes which impacted positively in the lives of Common men across the state and even beyond in almost all sectors of human endeavours.
In his self capacity he has been financing the party APC right from its creation at the State level.
He was the pioneer chairman of National Convention Committee of APC that produce his Excellency Mai Mala Buni, the Executive Governor of Yobe State as the first elected Party National Secretary in 2014 Convention.
The distinguished Senator Wamakko, as a Serving Senator and leader of APC in the State has displayed a statesmanship of ensuring that, almost all the quoters in government belonging to Sokoto state in the federal government is been brought home.
His Excellency, The distinguished Senator Wamakko as a God fearing personality has put Sokoto State APC as a political party on the right path that no political party can match it at the Polls when we talk about manifestos and votes.
In Conclusions, one should know that APC in Sokoto State during the last general elections was able to won three senators from all Senatorial districts of the state, Nine out of eleven House of Representatives members of the state, Sixteen out of thirty state house of assembly members, as well as won Presidential election with a wide margin in the state despite the government in power belonged not to the party he led.
We therefore categorically remain loyal and supportive to the course of APC under the able leadership of His Excellency, Distinguished Senator without boarders Dr. Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko (Sarkin Yamman Daular Usmaniyya) Jagoran Sakkwatawa, Masoyin Cigaba, Alfaharin Talakkawa.
