2023: Group Begins House To House Movement For BTO, Canvases Support For Re-election

A support group, BTO House To House (BTO H2H) has stormed the streets to canvass support for the reelection of Rep. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo in Akoko North East/North West Federal Constituency.

The movement was held in four wards in the Federal constituency – Isowopo Ward 1, Oke-irun/surulere ward 7, Ajowa/igasi/eriti/gedegede ward 5 and Edo Ward.

In each ward, the team was led by the ward coordinator and several unit coordinators, and coordinated by the Conveners of the group.

The team members were seen with handbills which was filled with the projects of the lawmaker and several placards indicating other key projects.

Tunji-Ojo, who is the Chairman House Committee on NDDC, according to the canvassers has done much more even without the influence attached to the committee he’s chairing.

Some of the non-NDDC projects indicated on the handbills include 7 Ambulances and Mobile clinics, and various Medical Equipments Provided for all Basic Health Centers in the Federal constituency. 3 Vocational skills center built in the Federal constituency.

8 blocks of 6 classrooms in 5 secondary schools. 4 bills sponsored and 1000 UTME forms annually.

Others include: 4 Patrol Vehicles for Police officers in all the divisional police headquarters in the Federal Constituency and several industrial boreholes.
