VP Osinbajo, Gov Abiodun, Senator Kwankwaso, Senator Yayi, Obasanjo’s Wife, others attends Prince Isiaka’s late Mother’s Burial in Ogun State

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun, Senator Kwankwaso, Senator Yayi and other important dignitaries were all present at the the final burial ceremony of late mother, Alhaja Kuburat Isiaka, TriangleNews reports.

The ceremony held at Imeko Afon in Ogun West Senatorial District on the 17th of October 2021 also had in attendance former governors of Ogun, Otunba Gbenga Daniel, Obasanjo’s Wife and several Chieftains of the from the ruling All Progressive Congress accross the country.

Also, the King of Fuji Music, Wasiu Ayinde, popularly known as ‘K1 De Ultimate’ graced the event with different rounds of fuji lyrics to celebrate the good life of the late GNI’s mother, while the crowd dance joyously to the inspiration.

The vice president described GNI as a reliable man with positive characters, adding that; “late Alhaja Kuburat Isiaka was a remarkable woman and God fearing, who loved the community like she loved her children during her life time”.

Osinbajo said, “I’m honoured to be here to celebrate the woman who had showed her people the true definition of love and oneness, she lost her husband when Gboyega was 14 years old. She served her community, the people and she became Iya Adinni of Imeko Afon before she died”.

Prior to Osinbajo’s comment, governor Abiodun described the late GNI’s mother as; “hardworking and dedicated woman, who started from a humble background and spent her time and resources to impact positivities in the entire Ogun West and train her children”

The governor added that; “GNI is a principled man, humble, dependable, consistent, hardworking, progressive minded”.

In remark, GNI thanked the vice president for attending the final burial ceremony and noted that the presence of Osinbajo and other notable dignitaries made it the highest ranking government officials that would be in Imeko Afon Local Government Area since its creation.

GNI however, prayed for the safety of everyone who has come to honour his late mother final burial ceremony and the country as a whole.
