He was born on 30th April 1967, from Idoani in Ose Local Government Area of Ondo State and Married to Lady Clara Ngozi Akanbiemu.
He is a Community Physician with vast public health practice and experience in health services management; monitoring and evaluation; health system strengthening; epidemiology practice especially on disease surveillance and outbreak management.
To his credit,he has co-authored several internationally recognized books on Nutrition, published many peer reviewed articles in International Journals and has also attended conferences and workshop locally and internationally
He belongs to many professional and social organizations.
