The Ondo State House of Assembly has confirmed the appointment of four Commissioner nominees.
They are Mr Wale Akinterinwa, Mr Donald Ojogo, Sir Charles Titiloye and Engineer Aminu Raimi.
The nominees had earlier appeared before the Selection Committee of the House for screening.
Presenting the report of the Çommittee to the Honourable Speaker at plenary, the Deputy Speaker, Rt. Honourable Aderoboye Samuel Ademoye noted that the nominees are suitably qualified for appointment as Commissioners in Ondo State.
He therefore enjoined other Lawmakers to confirm their appointments.
Before their confirmation, each of the nominees was formally presented to the House at plenary by their representative Lawmakers who spoke glowingly on their attributes.
Following a popular voice vote, the nominees were confirmed unanimously by the House under the leadership of the Rt. Hon. Oleyelogun Bamidele David.
Also confirmed was Mr Bayo Olafusi who is to serve as Commissioner in the Ondo State Judicial Service Commission.
