Members of the public in Akure, the Ondo State Capital has called on the Ondo State Government to take drastic step in clearing the unpacked waste in various public spaces in the state capital.
According to findings made by Triangle Magazine during a visit to the popular Oja-Oba Market, it’s observed that there were unpacked heap of waste which created a foul smell in the middle of the city.
In an interview with a trader who pleaded anonymous, She said” This is not good to see at all, I am calling on Gov. Rotimi Akeredolu SAN to do something about this”.
Others have also taken to various social media platforms to implore the Ondo State Government to ensure that the agency in charge of this is made to do its job and not put at risk the health of its people.
