Ondo APC Victory ,BTO for the Greater Good, though Ondo Assembly Representations

The just concluded presidential and National Assembly Elections in the Norther District of Ondo State can be objectively described as an excellent result for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state.

Not only did the party in the region secure significant votes for its Presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who eventually won the presidential election, the party also secured the re-election of Hon. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo for a second term in office representing Akoko North East/North West Federal Constituency.

Also significant for the party, was that it was able to build on its relevance in the region, which was greatly boosted by the excellent performance of Hon. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo to facilitate the emergence of Pastor Jide Ipinsagba, who won the Ondo North Senatorial District election.

This can no doubt be described as an excellent outing for the party, but it’s important to note that it’s a far more excellent result for the people, who will now have the attention of the federal government owing to the fact that the ruling party is the one in charge of the region.

This will no doubt produce positive results for the Senatorial District, as it will allow a positive synergy between the upper and lower chambers of the National Assembly. Also, given the popularity of Hon. Olugunmi Tunji-Ojo, who is a returning candidate and one who has firmly established himself as a performing candidate, and the emergence of Pastor Jide Ipinsagba, whose profile reads credibility and competence, the people can be rest assured of greater things to come.

However, there’s a greater battle ahead. The State House of Assembly election is just a few days away, and there is a need for the people to facilitate the emergence of candidates of the All Progressives Congress who will ensure that the political structure is well placed to effectively position itself to receive more from the federal government.

The incoming Federal Government comes with a mandate built on renewed hope for Nigerians, and for this to get to the grassroots level, there needs to be a unified political structure that has a direct and seamless relationship with the federal power, which is made up of the ruling party.

Hon. Oluwatoyin Victor Japhet is currently contesting the Akoko North East State Constituency Election on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, and given the opportunity for the people to complete this movement, which has seen it give its mandate at the federal level to the ruling party, here is the perfect opportunity for them to complete this movement by electing Hon. Japhet at the State House of Assembly election.

Hon. Japhet has a rich history of selfless service to the people; over the years, he has served in various capacities with unblemished results. He has continually helped the less privileged and the masses at large; he has continued to inspire the younger generation to aspire for greatness through honorable means and has given his words to give this category of Nigerians the much-needed support from the grassroots to ensure their holistic growth and development.

He has the heart to serve; the son of the soil, who hails from Iboropa Akoko in the Akoko North-East local government area of the state, comes with a new perspective to represent the people, and this is to give power back to the people and ensure that his policies, initiatives, and plans are woven around the people.

Also Hon. Bolaji Fatai Are, who is contesting the Akoko North West, Constituency 1, the popular political icon has successfully carved a good niche for himself in the region.

Much respected for his commitment to championing people oriented course,he has over the years dedicated himself to pushing forth for a better constituency for his people and he believes that more could be done for the people at the grassroots.

This is why he has put himself forward with the support of the people and his party to serve them at the constituency level.

This is the time for the people to allow credibility and meritocracy over every other factors as they prepare for the next house of assembly elections.

The baton has been passed to the people to make this decision, which would go a long way toward giving them a better democratic experience for the next four years.

Ondo State better days are ahead.
