Ondo 2020: Hon.Omolafe Praises Peaceful Conduct of Election
Hon. Adedayo Omolafe has praised the conduct of the on-going Gubernatorial election in Ondo State.
The Honorable member of the House of Assembly popularly known as “Expensive” stated this while addressing newsmen in Akure at his ward after casting his vote.
According to him, the conduct of the electoral process has been peaceful so far although with few irregularities.
The lawmaker explained that the Independent National Electoral Committee has done their best to ensure a peaceful and transparent conduct of today’s election, he also added that the only draw back was the inability of the card readers to function effectively.
Speaking regarding the reported cases of violence across the state, he explained that his ward has not experienced any case of such as his ward is well secured as security personnel are well on ground to handle any cases of such.
