Oluboyo Falls Out With Akeredolu, As He Sets To Move To Another Party

A former deputy governor of Ondo State, Alhaji Lasisi Oluboyo has fallen out with Governor Rotimi Akeredolu and he is set to move to another political party yet again.

Oluboyo opted to pitch his tent with APC and Governor Akeredolu after dumping the Zenith Labour Party early this year. Triangle Media has gathered that he joined APC on the agreement that the administration of Akeredolu will pay all his outstanding pension benefits and also continue to pay him as and when due. It was however further gathered that this was not to be as Oluboyo was only paid for two months.

Meanwhile, Oluboyo has changed tune once again by declaring that it was the turn of Akoko to produce the next governor of Ondo. It will be recalled that Oluboyo was a member of Labour Party before he decamped to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). He subseqently dumped the PDP and joined the Zenith Labour Party (ZLP) before he once again turned round to join the All Progressive Congress (APC). It is yet to be decided where Oluboyo plans to pitch his political tent; but it already confirmed that he has fallen out with Governor Rotimi Akeredolu and the APC.
