Okeagbe Youths’ Association in Ondo state has has lauded a Chieftain of All Progressives Congress, (APC), Chief Olumuyiwa Asagunla for his contribution towards Youth development in the community describing him as a rare gem with passion for humanity.
According to the presiding President of the occasion, Hon. Tilehinwa Fafunmilade, Chief Asagunla, a former Senior Special Assistant to Governor Olusegun Mimiko on Youth Matters has carved a niche for himself in all facets of life saying that they have seen the valour in him.
Asagunla who is the Odofin Ogboye of Afa Okeagbe was at the grand finale annual youths ceremony at Okeagbe Akoko yesterday to the surprise of Okeagbe youths association beyond any reasonable explanation.
Fafunmilade further stressed that the Odofin Ogboye of Afa Okeagbe has been so much ecstatic seeing the unifiable importance in the community gregariousness.
“Our dear Odofin Olumuyiwa Asagunla, we understand that, we cannot appreciate you best but, the leadership of Okeagbe youths association wish to acknowledge your donation and hail your huge support before now, and during the just concluded Okeagbe youths carnival 2022. Thank you for your methodological approaches in solving complicated issues around us”, he added.
In his response, Asagunla thanked the youths for their support always and commended the President of the Association, Hon Olubunmi Tunji Ojo saying that his leadership attributes are worthy of emulation by leaders at various levels in all spheres of life.
According to him, no fewer than 10,000 youths have been empowered with skills to become their own bosses describing Hon. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo as a human development both in his constituency and outside.
Asagunla therefore appreciated every area Hon. Tunji-Ojo has been orchestrating his resourceful ideology to help buffer the growth of Okeagbe youths and described B.T.O as a forefront master builders and his innovative styles can’t be overemphasized.
The conveners of the Okeagbe Youth Carnival are Seun Akeju, Awe Morakinyo Pelumi and Akeju John among others.
