Nigerian Sport Administrator, Sunday Ayodele Dele Ajayi has declared his intention to contest for the position of the “First Vice – President” of the Nigeria Football Federation.
The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) is expected to hold its election on Friday, 30th September in Benin city, Edo State.
The election will see a new administration take over from the Amaju Pinnick administration that has held sway of Nigeria football for eight years.
Sunday Ayodele Dele Ajayi, is an accomplished sport administrator with wealth of experience in the Nigeria Sport Sector.
He is the Executive Chairman, Ondo State Football Association, a position which he currently holds, he was also an Executive member of the Nigerian Football Federation (2014 – 2018). Prior to this, he served as the first vice chairman of the Ondo State Football Association ( 2007- 2011).
He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Public Administration (MPA).
Adding to the aforementioned, he is a member of the following professional bodies, Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria; Fellow, Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and Public Servants in the Ondo State Civil Service (retired in 2013 after 35 years meritorious service).
While declaring his interest in the position, he also call on well meaning Nigerians to assist by contributing financially towards the cause.
