National Youth Service Corps Honors Hon. Mayowa Akinfolarin

Honor is always given to the deserving, it’s always a recognition of worthiness and credibility. Nobody gets honored from doing nothing.

Hon. Mayowa Akinfolarin, Federal Lawmaker, representing Odigbo/Ile-Oluji Federal Constituency has within these last few years as the representative of his people etched a name for himself amongst his people as a lawmaker with the pure interest of the people at heart.

His emergence amongst his people has seen him lead a representation which not only bring governance closer to the people but one which has also seen them enjoy the much desired dividends of democracy.

His transformation acts and intiatives amongst the people cut across all sectors,he continues to prove that he is a man with impeccable ideas and brilliant leadership approach which sets him apart for excellence.

The decision of the Executives and members of the National Youth Service Corps in Ondo State to honor him for his brilliant strides in advancing the interest of the entity is one which has been commended by many.

It would be recalled that Hon. Mayowa Akinfolarin recently sponsored the NYSC Trust Fund bill, a bill which seeks to compel the federal government to give the corps members funds and other enablement to establish in different areas of skills acquired during their orientation program.

This bill when passed into an act will not only help protect the interest of graduates in the nation but would also help them to be wealth creators, helping to reduce the high rate of unemployment in the nation.

This move by Hon. Mayowa Akinfolarin is no doubt a product of progressive reasoning, going by his track record, it’s no gainsaying to posit that the people of Odigbo/Ile-Oluji Federal Constituency have in their hands one of the finest breeds of lawmakers.
