The Federal Government and Private Firms in Nigeria continues to take drastic step to ensuring the availability of Housing Facilities across the 36 states of the Federation; this move in recent times has seen to the growth and continual rise of the real estate industry in Nigeria; Dr. Gbadewole Amos, CEO of the Crown Allied Global Realty and Homes who also doubles as the Treasurer of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria ( REDAN) , FCT reveals what his company is doing to enable Nigerians get quality and affordable housing units in all part of the country.
Dr. Gbadewole Amos reveal that the Crown Allied Global Realty and Homes Ltd was established to cater for the Accommodation need of all Nigerians, while also adding that the firm has been able to register its presence across many states across the federation their which they have been able to put smiles on the faces of many Nigerians by providing them with affordable housing facilities.
According to him, “We provide affordable housing in various part of Nigeria and the unique part of our business is that we have various facilities that are designed to meet your needs and requirements.”
He also stated that the acquisition process has been made easier for their respective clients as they are quite affordable to be acquired.
In his words,” Our payment process is not a back breaking one as we have options where you can pay as low as 50% in the first installment and you are allowed to spread the remaining over the space of 6months to 1 year
We also have some estates that are cheaper whereby you can acquire a plot for the rate of five hundred thousand naira, two bedroom bungalow in Lagos which you can get for 8 million naira, there bedroom for 10 million naira.
He also added that it has become a long standing culture for the firm to have and give an easy payment plan for their respective clients as they are solely committed to making the process of accommodation acquisition an easy one for all Nigerians.
Also he explained that the firm is committed to making the payment process a soft and comfortable one as they help in facilitating the payment process for their clients; this he said is possible because the firm goes the extra mile in helping secure soft loans from Federal mortgage bank which makes it easy for people to own their desired houses.
Answering question on the high competition in the real estate sector in Nigeria and how his company has been able to deal with this, he stated that it’s been relatively easy for them to set themselves special and unique in the industry as they only provide only smart houses for their clients.

Also he explained that the ease at which they give their clients in paying for this houses is one which an not be found anywhere else.
“ The houses we sell for 45million in Abuja are sold for 60million by other firms , we have reasonably cut out prices and we are also opened to negotiation.” He explained.
Discussing his recent election as the treasurer of the Real Estate Developer Association of Nigeria (REDAN), Abuja Chapter and how he has been able to manage this with his business firm. He explained that the new office is an added feather for him and has in no way hindered his business enterprise
He stated, “ No developer in Nigeria can secure loan from any Federal Mortgage bank in Nigeria without being a member of the Association”
“The Association over the years has proven effective in dealing with illegal developers who are out there to create insanity in the industry” he added
Also he explained that the Association is working with many other agencies in Nigeria to ensure that the Real Estate industry is well regulated in Nigeria.
