The Ondo State Highe Court and Federal High Court in Abuja in two distinct suits has dismissed the report of the Ondo State Attorney-General against Hon. Justice O. O. Akeredolu.
The two courts after a due and thorough investigation into the case restrained the Ondo State Government, Attorney General, Ondo State House of Assembly from acting or giving effect to the AG report.
Also responding to the decision of the Federal High Court, Dr. Kayode Ajulo, PhD praised the decision of the federal High Court.
