The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) state women leader and former House of Assembly Member in Ondo State, Hon. Princess Kemisola Adesanya has congratulated Muslim faithful on the successful completion of Ramadan, and the celebrations of Eid-el-Fitri.
She said in a statement made available to celebrate with Muslims that it took lots of sacrifices, self-control, and determination to ignore personal pleasures for spiritual purposes.
Hon. Kemisola urged all Muslim faithful and indeed Nigerians to celebrate with full consciousness of the prevailing situation in the land.
She noted that the country is passing through a tense phase in its development, particularly with regards to security challenges, and the ravaging COVID-19 pandemic that has caused much destruction to the citizens and the economy at large.
