BTO : Three Awards In One Week
Being the Media Consultant of Hon. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo has exposed to me his hesitation as far as media hype and receiving awards are concerned. He simply doesn’t like the idea of always been in the news !
However, he could not afford to grandstand with resistance when the reasons for such awards are justifiably overwhelming.
It is quite fulfilling that BTO has deservedly won three awards in the last one week.
He began the week of torrential awards with the honour done to him by Omoluabi leadership Award.
Two days down the line, Nigerian Bar Association, Akure Chapter honoured him as a Friend of The Bar. Yet again after another three days, the organizers of Ondo State Leadership Excellence Award, have come calling with the honour of Ondo State Legislator and Emerging Leader of the Year.
The third award is yet to go into the archives that the notification of another bigger award is being received.
Legislative strides of BTO in the last six months reminds of the Biblical injunction that “Seeth a man diligent in his duty will not stand before mean men, but before princes and princesses.
