The member representing Akoko North East/North West Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Rep. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo has described the wife of Ondo State Governor, Mrs. Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu as an inspiration to women and leaders.
BTO, who is also the Chairman house committee on NDDC said this while congratulating the first lady on the occasion of her 68th birthday.
Mrs. Betty Akeredolu who clocked 68 years on July 20 is the Founder and President of Breast Cancer Association of Nigeria (BRECAN) — a platform she has used to help women manage breast cancer with hundreds of survivors.
He said, “We asked for one through you but we got two in Ondo State. Your dedication and commitment as a wife to our performing Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu remains one of those things we are gratefully of at this point in time.
“Your engagements in core entrepreneurship deeds have inspired our women and girls while youe philanthropic gestures are evident through your pet projects.
“As a first lady, you’re a mother to many, liberal leader and builder of men and women. A role model to a new generational breed of change makers without greed.
“Our daughters are inspired by this and it will urge them to BEMORE.
“On this occasion of your birthday, I wish Mama Digital long life in good health.”
