Akoko community hosts thanksgiving reception for BTO
The Akoko Northeast/West Federal Constituency of Ondo state has announced plans to host a civic reception and Thanksgiving service in honour of the lawmaker representing the constituency, Hon Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo.
According to the organisers of the event, the two-day event holds on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th October, 2019 respectively at Okeagbe in Akoko area of Ondo state.
While the Civic Reception will hold at St George’s Primary School Field Ground in Okeagbe on Saturday, it will be followed with a Thanksgiving service at Archdeacon Lennon Anglican Church on Sunday.
The event, according to the organisers, is the brainchild of Obas and community members in the constituency to celebrate and appreciate God for the commencement of BTO’s legislative duties as well as to commit him to God for guidance as he embarks on the legislative journey.
