Former Special Adviser to President Goodluck Jonathan on Niger Delta Affairs and Chairman of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Hon. Kingsley Kemebradigha Kuku, has extended warm birthday wishes to Snr. High Chief Bibopiri Ajube on the occasion of his 49th birthday.
