Hon. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, member Akoko North/East North West Federal Constituency on Saturday met with party faithfuls and stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress in Ikare-Akoko.

During the meeting, BTO as fondly called appreciated the people for their continual support over the years in the federal constituency. According to him, his led administration has been able to record excellent achievements all thanks to their support.

He also reiterated the need for a continual unified house even as the party prepares for the 2023 general elections. BTO emphasized that there’s a need for all the members to be united in purpose as they continue to mobilize for the party.

“Given our track record, we are sure if victory, nonetheless, I urge everyone to move from house to house to mobilize people to vote our party in the fourth coming elections.

It is our hope that by the end of the election, all our party candidates would emerge winners”, he said.

The lawmaker also tasked the youths to shun pre election and post election violence as the Party is known for peace and that violence and other electoral vices goes against the principles of the party.

“I task you all to go about your civil duties before and after the election, don’t involve yourself in any form of electoral violence as it doesn’t represent the traditions of our great part,” he advised.
