His Father during his time actively used Education as a tool for the social advancement and empowerment of his people, and it’s such a pleasure to see Senator Tolu Odebiyi picking up the mandate, breaking the records set by his father by setting up an atmosphere which supports and allows qualitative education to thrive in Yewa-Land
Talk about the renovation and construction of classrooms in Yewa-Land, the setting up of world class ICT facilities to boost digital learning amongst students in his community. The highly proactive lawmaker through the Tolu Odebiyi Foundation has single-handedly ensured that hundreds of undergraduate students has been sponsored alleviating the burdens of there parents and guardians.
Understanding that the future of Nigeria is in the youths, the senator under his TOD Foundation gave scholarship awards and laptops to each of the over 50 Ogun West students in tertiary institutions in Nigeria. He has done this for two academic years running. This effort is also based on his desire to help build better future leaders.
His commitment towards the academic growth of students from the region is second to none, he has actively continued to use his legislative power to push for the advancement of his people, when it comes to sponsored bills in the upper chamber, he tops the list, no wonder he is considered one of the most proactive Lawmakers in the 9th Assembly.
