The Otun Community today 11th of March 2021 commended it’s lawmaker, Rt. Hon. Akinfolarin Mayowa over the donation of a 500KVA transformer to the community, Otun Community, Ore Ward in Odigbo Local Government Area.
The 500KVA transformer was donated by the lawmaker representing Ile-Oluji/Oke Igbo and Odigbo Federal Constituency to boost the dwindling power supply in the area, the lawmaker also donated other equipments needed for the full installation of the transformer.
The Chairman, Committee on FRSC expressed hope that the transformer he donated to the community, would help to improve the sagging public power supply to the rural community.
The Odigbo town born political guru beseeched the community leaders to guard the transformer jealously.
Responding, Comrade Tibetan Busayo and others commended the lawmaker for “redefining quality, effective and people-oriented representation,” even as he also used the opportunity to call on other elected leaders to “borrow a leaf from the lawmaker”.
Furthermore, the Lawmaker representing Ile-Oluji/Oke-Igbo & Odigbo Federal Constituency promised the distribution of new 5 transformers to the communities in addition to the numerous ones he had distributed in the past.
The Community also expressed gratitude to Rt. Hon Akinfolarin Mayowa for the gesture, described the lawmaker as “a rebuilder and an action person with an unprecedented record of achievements in the representation.
