Kingsley Kuku Returns With A Bang
The name Kingsley Kuku is widely known within and outside of Nigeria as being synonymous with excellence, midas touch and emplacement of lasting peace in the Niger Delta region. He recently returned to Nigeria after being abroad for some years to acquire additional academic qualifications. He is now back and better equipped to work for the engendering of appreciable development and long lasting peace in the South South region of Nigeria
The former Special Adviser on Niger Delta Affairs and Chairman of the Presidential Amnesty Programme has upon his return to Nigeria come up with the Bola Tinubu Dimension (BTD). He described it as an important vision that is aimed at ensuring the existential stability and prosperity of the South South region.
KKK as he is popularly known has also posited that the desired human posterity, infrastructural development and cleaner environment in the Niger Delta could only be achieved if the patriotic people of the Niger Delta region join to support, strengthen and deepen the Bola Tinubu Dimension.
The people of the Niger Delta can never forget in a hurry the monumental amd unprecedented transformational development that Kuku brought to Nigeria at large and the South South region in particular.
Kuku, did so well with the exposure of substantial number of repentant agitators to agricultural training in Israel, ICT training in India and crane operation and pipeline welding in Poland. He equally exposed a good number of former agitators to trainings in helicopter maintenance, engineering and piloting in Italy.
In an unprecedented manner, Kingsley Kuku succeeded in relieving ex-combatants of the burden of violence and the same youths have now been given career lifelines through formal education, vocational training and acquisition of entrepreneurial skills. Also, he subjected all the repentant agitators to non-violence training at the Obubra camp of the Presidential Amnesty Programme. In addition, Kingsley Kuku engaged in a
sustainable and proactive re-orientation of youths in the Niger Delta region.
Having been away for few years, Kingsley Kuku has now scheduled a thanksgiving service for late December, 2023 in his Arogbo-Ijaw community. The event is expected to have in attendance captains of industries, political, business, opinion and Niger Delta leaders from across the country.
Kuku intends to use the opportunity of the thanksgiving to appreciate God for divine protection and guidance for the number of years he was abroad. Above all, he also intends to use occasion of the thanksgiving to appreciate the Almighty God for the opportunity given to him to impact and transform several thousands of lives in Nigeria and the Niger Delta areas in particular.
