One Year of Impressive Representation In Ose Constituency
Hon. Olatunji Oshati, popularly known as Maxima, is the member representing Ose Constituency in the Ondo State House of Assembly. He is also the House Committee Chairman on Information. He is likewise the House Committee Chairman on Human Capital Development, Productivity and other related matters.
Oshati has worked so hard in the last one year to impact his constituency and the constituents alike. The hitherto failed and completely washed off Ifon-Elegbeka road was given a quick fix, due to the dogged legislative intervention of Hon. Olatunji Oshati.
Maxima had gone a step higher with the
empowerment of petty traders across the 12 political wards in Ose State Constituency. He also provided mobility aids (Wheelchair and crutches) to the physically challenged people in Ose Constituency.
The highly performing legislator had also given ducational support to all public secondary schools in Ose Constituency. He has in the last one year distributed free educational materials to public schools across his constituency. He has equally instituted the Maxima Free JAMB/UTME scheme for eligible candidates that are resident within Ose Constituency.
Hon. Olatunji Oshati has equally leveraged on his position as a legislator to facilitate employment opportunities for youths from Ose State Constituency into the Ondo State Civil Service. He has also instituted the Maxima Agro-Business Grants for farmers in Ose State Constituency. He has also in the last one year, given cash award to the elderly as well as the vulnerable groups in Ose Constituency.
In his bid to specially reward academically gifted students in Ose Constituency, Oshati had in the last one year instituted the Maxima Quiz and Debating competition amongst schools in the constituency. The legislator has made it a point of duty to give encouraging financial rewards to schools that came tops in the academic competition.
Also, the highly inspiring state legislator, has in the last one year instituted the Maxima Man of the Year and Personality of the Year Awards. Essence of the awards is to spotlight young, vibrant, upwardly mobile and promising youths in Ose Constituency. The award is also intended to appreciate and encourage the selfless contributions of notable individuals from Ose onstituency, that have shown industry in their chosen careers.
Hon. Olatunji Oshati is one legislator that has indeed provided quality representation for the people of Ose Local Government Area in the last one year. The man has undoubtedly established himself in the last one year, as a bright and shining light of the Ondo State House of Assembly.
