Ahead of the 2023 General elections, the Ondo North Progressives Development Group, has endorsed the Hon. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo and Hon. Jide Ipinsagba.
Hon. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, member federal house of representatives, representing Akoko North East/ North West Federal Constituency is seeking re-election while Hon. Jide Ipinsagba is the candidate of the All Progressives Congress in the Ondo North Senatorial District.
The group in a statement through its coordinator, Seun Akinwumi, on Saturday expressed their confidence in the ability of the duo to the deliver the much needed dividends of democracy to their people.
“These are individuals with a proven track record of excellence and competence, and we are rest assured that their candidacy is one which will bring to their people, the much desired dividends of democracy to their people”.
The group also stated that their candidacy is one which would command significant support for the presidential candidate of the party, Bola Tinubu.
“BTO and Ipinsagba holds significant followership in Ondo North, and across the State, and we are rest assured that these followers will no doubt proceed to helping our presidential candidate emerge victorious in the forth coming elections.
More importantly, this duo have a positive synergy which have created a positive atmosphere within the party and we are sure with their structure, the APC can be rest assured that they would have the much needed votes to win come election day “.
