Engr. Ife Oyedele has reached out to all Nigerians and members of the All Progressive Congress (APC) to ensure that they participate in the on-going registration/revalidation exercise.
The APC party chieftain stated that it’s not enough that we yearn for good governance from the political class but also that all Nigerians take part in the political activities in the country.
According to him,”the Change we desire will not take place without political participation; for so long, a larger percentage of us have desired to have a better Socio-political system, however we often shy away from getting involved in the process through which we can achieve this.”
Engr Ife Oyedele stated that the ongoing exercise present all Nigerians with another opportunity to make their voice heard. He reminded the people that democracy cannot be truly defined as the government of the people, by the people and for the people if the people do not participate in the process that brings the government.
In his words,”Governance is not meant for a few but for all, it hinges on our intentional and genuine efforts to be politically conscious, this only can be achieved through our involvement in the process.”
“The All Progressive Congress (APC) nation wide makes the clarion call for each and everyone of us to join the ruling party even as we seek to turn the lot of nation around for good. It’s our duty as patriotic citizens to heed this call.”
He also praised President Muhammadu Buhari for his commitment to strengthening the democracy.
He called on compatriots in Ondo South Senatorial District to ensure that the participate fully the registration exercise.
According to him,”our clime will surely be better when we take that bold step to me intentionally and consciously involved in our political process, I enjoin you all to go and register.”
“I assure you that the process is open and that there will be no intimidation or manipulations; the APC is founded on good values and norms, that can help steer our ship to the promise land to a better and great Nigeria.” he added
