ALABA CHARLES ALABI: LAUDING THE BIRTH OF A PEOPLE’S BELOVETH
Alaba Charles Alabi is an astute Business man of great repute, a Nigerian with fine values and ideas. He is so successful in his businesses that has spanned different pies and for which he never ceases to praise God Almighty whose mercies whose sole mercies have brought this far.
Moulded of the prestigious Oyemekun Grammar School, Akure, and he furthered tertiary tutelage at Esa Oke Polytechnic, Osun State where he graduated in Business Administration. He’s also trained at the National Open Unversity, in Akure.
The Oba – Akoko born political stalwart had ever had it at the back of his mind that he would rather be an employer rather than employee. He started his Timber business after higher education in 1990 following a brief stint with a cousin where he gathered enough money. He thereafter delved into construction, installation and supply of house materials like Air-conditioning sets among others.
Charles Alabi did extremely well in the various endeavors where he has invested and he is today very, very comfortable.
He, after great deeds in business chose to go into politics with the sole purpose of giving back to the society. He has since then been adding values to his people and has upped the hitherto philanthropic deeds that he’s noted for in his constituency, yet his deep sense of modesty restraints him from shouting about these achievements. After all, he was encouraged by his people as a grassrooter who has touched many lives in his own kind of subtle way.
Alabi’s Timber business took him across the axis of Ondo State, Lagos State and the Eastern parts of Nigeria where he recorded huge successes and later delved into the more lucrative petroleum business. He excelled too in petroleum deals as he shuttled between Ore and Ejigbo depots. Some uncompromising challenges made this insightful dealer again changed over to Estate Management, all of which turned out as major successes.
Never deterred by challenges but bears very strong faith and courage in God. His organization, “savvy” has before now made him to get the Association of Mobile Phone Vendors well establised in Ondo State during Governor Agagu’s regime which still waxes stronger. Alabi also coordinates a group – Articulate Alliance and has refused this group being used for political crisis by traducers. Alaba believes with his experience in business and ability to manage people which have been by God’s guidance and grace, he wouldn’t be found wanting in whatever capacity his people deemed his services fit.
No doubt he enjoys great confidence and love from his people, and he, in turn, keeps assuring his people that things would be better than it’s . They love and trust him more because they believe his unassuming posture would see him perform to his best ability to the betterment of his people and community.
A devout Christian to the core who follows the spiritual guide of Pastor Enoch Adeboye, of Redeemed Christian Church of God that politics should not be left for devilish people in order to avoid brutish rule, a motivation that encouraged him to always seek God and his abiding grace.
His hearty prayers and his determination has always been to mentor the younger generation according to God’s purpose for their lives.
A personality who has done so well, taken and given so much to the people out of great convictions and love for one’s community deserves a high dose of love as he turns a year older in this season. We join his teeming fans and friends to wish him God’s abiding grace and all round wellness.
