The Akure Owena Lion’s Club today, January,23,2021 honored Otunba Femi Salako, founder and CEO of the Triangle News Media at the club’s President Presentation, fund raising and conferment of Awards at Watts Garden, behind Ondo State House of Assembly, Alagbaka, Akure.
The Akure Owena Lion’s Club is a member of the Lion’s Club International which is a non-governmental organization whose works are aimed towards making life easier and better for the less privileged in the society.
Otunba Femi Salako was conferred with the Award of Distinguished Services and Human Capital Development. In his acceptance speech, he expressed his gratitude to the Akure Owena Lion’s Club for deeming it fit for him to receive the award, one which he says will go a long way in motivating himself and other awardees on the need to continue doing more good for the larger society.
He also promised to always ensure that he facilitate the goals and objectives of the Akure Owena Lions Club
