The substance of the future of our dear nation rest on both the conscious and unconscious acts of everyone, irregardless of the divide across the social stratum. And in protecting the lot of the nation’s future, it’s absolutely important that focus is placed primarily on the development and all round growth of the younger generation as we do owe them a duty to ensure that they are well nurtured, given the much needed resources to thrive within the space of our realties.
Hon. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, member Federal House of Representatives, representing Akoko North East/North West federal constituency is a firm believer in the importance of the younger generation in shaping the future outlook of our great society and by implication,he has continued to see to it that they are well catered for, nurtured as well given the opportunity to thrive and grow.
Adding to his numerous drive at ensuring this, Hon. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo who is also the Chairman House Committee on NDDC recently gave out over 1000 Free UTME Forms and Two Months Free Tutorial for all Akoko Students.
To him, this move is necessary to give the next set of future leaders of the nation the much needed leverage to develop and grow.
The lawmaker has in time past made other numerous projects and initiatives to boost the academic development and excellence of Nigerians students. The building of various educational facilities to boost their learning process, he also taken taken a step forward by ensuring that these various classrooms built by him are well equipped with the basic teaching and learning tools.
The highly proactive lawmaker has seen to the construction of new blocks of classrooms across and outside his constituency, the recent was the commissioning of two blocks of twelve classrooms in Oke-Agbe, while he has also constructed another in Auga Akoko. Not relenting on this, he has also seen to the rehabilitation of numerous other dilapidated primary schools across various communities in Akoko North East/North West Federal Constituency.
Adding to this, he has also created a scholarship scheme for Akoko Students, through which many of the beneficiaries has been helped academically through funds, academic materials amongst many other.
He believes that his education has played a major part in getting him where he is today and by implications many other students out there must also be given the chance to get access to qualitative education.
Targeting the academic growth of these students, he also also made sure that they live in an environment that will also aid their learning process through the provision of various infrastructural as well as industrial projects to give their environment a huge positive outlook.
No doubt, Hon. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo has continued his path to excellence by ensuring that he leaves behind a trail of goodness everywhere he finds himself.
