HON. AKINDE FELICITATES ISLAMIC FAITHFUL ON EID EL MAULUD
The National President of the Nigerian Youth and Students Leadership Movement (NYSLM), Hon. Seun Akinde, extends his warmest greetings to Muslim brothers and sisters across the globe on the blessed occasion of Eid El Maulud, which commemorates the birth of the Holy Prophet Mohammed (SAW).
Hon. Akinde calls upon the faithful to embrace peace, harmony, and tranquility, especially in the face of the challenges confronting the nation. He urges all to remember Nigeria in their prayers, invoking divine intervention for the nation’s progress and stability.
He further emphasizes the need to extend love and compassion to the less privileged, particularly those living with disabilities, fostering a society where love and unity thrive.
“Let love guide our actions,” Hon. Akinde said, encouraging prayers for leaders at all levels. He called on the faithful to beseech Allah to grant wisdom and courage to leaders to always act in the best interests of the people.
Eid-el-Maulud, marking the birth of Prophet Mohammed (SAW), serves as a moment for reflection, offering humanity and, particularly, the nation’s leaders, an opportunity to recommit to the virtues exemplified in the life and teachings of the Holy Prophet.
