Hon.Tiamiyu Fatai Atere is the member representing Akoko North West Constituency I at the Ondo state House of Assembly. The first year of his legislative representation has yielded democratic dividends that were far beyond the expectations of his constituents.
Hon. Atere had evidently dedicated his first year of legislative tenure to the empowerment and development of his constituents. This is also in addition to the fact that he had been serving as the irrepressibly loud voice to the people of constituency.
The state legislator had sponsored bills and moved motions for the sole reason of meeting the specific needs and aspirations of his constituents. He had equally leveraged on the instrumentality of legislation to advance the cause of the good people of Akoko North West Constituency I, in the last one year.
Hon. Atere had in the last one year, empowered more than 400 constituents with various items that were worth several millions of naira. He had also given financial grants to scores of traders that were selected from the six political wards in Akoko North West Constituency I.
The grassroots politician had specifically empowered some of his constituents with car and motorcycles. He had also thought it necessary to ameliorate the economic hardship being faced by his constituents with the distribution of several bags of rice, in addition to other consumables.
Hon Atere had also embarked on some capital projects within his constituency, and the projects are now at their various completion stages. He had equally intervened in the educational pursuits of a good number of his constituents.
The Akoko born politician, has without doubt, done so well in the last one year to make the people of Akoko North West Constituency I, appreciate the true importance of quality legislative representation.
