By Kayode Ajulo
Dr Kayode Ajulo has commiserated with the family of late OrangeFM OAP, Stephen Sotonwa, aka Sweet Steve, as well as the management and staff of OSRC and OrangeFM over the demise of the late talented broadcaster.
Ajulo in his condolence message on Friday, described Sweet Steve as a diligent and hardworking broadcaster, and one of the best talents Ondo state has ever produced.
“His death is a colossal loss to Ondo state and the media industry,” Ajulo said.
“Sweet Steve’s diligence, hardwork and doggedness as an OAP were no doubt the major catalysts that contributed to his success as one of the brightest and best broadcasters in the history of Ondo state and this nation.
“Though his death is unfortunate, he lived a short and impactful live. He will sorely be missed by this state.”
Ajulo added:
“While we are mourning Sweet Steve’s death, I want to implore the state government to give premium to the lives of its workers and institute health insurance for the state workforce.
“It is my prayer that his soul find repose in the bosom of the Lord, and God grant the family the fortitude to bear the loss.”
