Olugbenga Edema, as he starts a new dawn in NDDC
The reward for hard work they say is more work, Olubenga Edema. has over the years etched a name for himself in the mind of people as a man with admirable qualities and traits, one which he has effectively used for the service of his community.
His trajectory into the communal living of his people shows a man who has continued to give his all for the advancement of his people.
Coming to the reality of the accolades coming the way of Olubenga Edema, it’s not a gainsaying to assert that he is indeed worthy of his flowers.
Taking a walk down history lane, Edema, has made it a culture to always stand for the truth, for honor and worthiness, it would be recalled Edema is the only Ondo State House of Assembly member who refused to defect with Mimiko to PDP, for those who didn’t trash history, a reputation that has earned him respect as a stable character.
Even when he was appointed as the Chairman of Ondo State Oil Producing Area Development Commission, OSOPADEC by Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, he rose to the challenge by delivering a sterling performance to the admiration of many, justifying his suitability and credibility for the office in the process.
Born in the rustic village of Ogogoro, Ilaje Local Government Area of Ondo State some four decades ago, Edema, has continued to represent his community brilliantly well, making himself a reference point of what a true illustrious son should truly be.
His latest appointment as a board member of the Niger Delta Development Commission representing Ondo State comes as no surprise to the good people of Ondo State, especially keen follower of the highly respected technocrat.
This development is a testament of his recognition as a wonderful administrator, also within the confines of the All Progressives Congress in the State, he is arguably the most consistent member of the party.
His loyalty is unrivalled as he has always shown his commitment to the advancement of the party at all levels. He has on numerous occasions proven his worth and justified his credibility for the new role given to him.
As he starts a new quest in the history of his region, there’s no doubt that he would perform beyond the expectations of the majority. The Executive Governor of Ondo State, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu.SAN, over the years has proven himself as a wonderful identifier of suitable and credible individuals and there’s no doubt about his choice of Olugbenga Edema.
