Beyond the thoughts of doubters, our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) yesterday displayed core progressiveness at the highest stage with the successful convention which brought in a new leadership.
Congratulations to our new National Chairman, distinguished Senator Abdullahi Adamu and other members of the National Working Committee.
I also congratulate all our representatives from the South West, including the National Secretary Senator Iyiola Omisore, our National Vice Chairman, Hon. Isaac Kekemeke, Comrade Kolade Lawal who emerged as the new Zonal Youth Leader (South-West) and other members of the National executive.
Of course, the convention would not have been successful if not for the good conduct and comportment on the part of the delegates from across the country.
The convention has come and gone but the task before us remains enormous. The primary elections are ahead and ultimately the general elections of which Nigerians look up to us to restore their hope.
I’m confident of our victory come 2023 with the newly inaugurated leadership.
Congratulations to the Progressive Family and congratulations to Nigeria.
