A Non Governmental Organization, Seun Majasan Foundation has handed over thousands of food items as palliatives to six local government areas in Ondo Central Senatorial District in Ondo state.
The Founder of the Organization, Hon. Seun Majasan while going round the senatorial district said that the palliatives were only for the vulnerables in the area.
Seun Majasan who is Senatorial Aspirant in Ondo Central noted that the programme has been on before now for over four years saying that this was not the first time of distributing palliatives to the needy.
The items listed that were donated to the needy included thousands of cartons of noodles, rice, tubers of yam, among others.
It was learnt that the Senatorial Aspirant stormed his Ondo Central Senatorial District with bumper palliative items. The idea was to make sure that a good number of vulnerable people benefitted from the humanitarian gesture of the Foundation.
He said that the donation of foods and other items was aimed at ameliorating the plight of the less privileged at the area.
