In furtherance of his commitment to improving the lot of the people of Ogun West Senatorial District, Yewa-land, Senator Tolu Odebiyi, Federal Lawmaker representing Ogun West Senatorial District has seen to the provision of empowerment cash grants to 200 women in Ogun West Senatorial District.
The grant, being part of Federal Government Survival fund was given out to each of the Women on the 3rd February, 2021.
The Ogun West Senator who is also the Vice Chairman, Senate Committee on Federal Capital Territory (FCT), said this is part of his unwavering efforts to boost economic impact of Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs) and to cushion the effects of the COVID-19 second strain.
He also noted that he will continue to respond to the primary needs of his people, most especially the Women and Youths in the Constituency.
The beneficiaries drawn from the 5 Local Government Areas that make up the District commended the Ogun West Senator for promoting the social and economic well-being of the Women in the Senatorial District.
