OWO MASSACRE:
ANWLG COUNCIL BOSS,AKANDE CONDEMNS THE HEINOUS ACT OF THE BLOODY SUNDAY.
The Executive Chairman of Akoko North West Local Government, Council,ANWLG, Okeagbe-Akoko, Honourable Ayodele Samson Akande,FCA has joined his voice with others to globally condemned the St.Francis Catholic Church,Owo Massacre.
Akande in a sober reflection pen down an emotional sympathetic message on his personal social media handle condemned the perpetrators of the heinous,dastard and barbaric act.
In hiscondemnation, Akande described the Owo Massacre as a “Bloody Sunday in Owo LG” and cursed the perpetrators that,’ No Peace for the Wicked’
He condemned in it’s entirety the Massacre of scores of defenseless and unarmed worshippers that left many dead and several others currently wounded and battling to survive.
Saying,”this is the most heinous crime against humanity and I pray that the perpetrators of this dastard act are brought to book.
May Almighty God grant the soul of the murdered rest and heal the wounded and may the murderers expose the killers.
On behalf of all the good people of ANWLG extend our sympathy with the families of the victims that God should give them the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.
We also commensurate with the people, Leaders of Owo Community and most especially our amiable Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu,SAN on this unfortunate incident in his domain.
We stand with the people of Owo LG at this very totours grienfying moment and wish to advice the entire people of Ondo State to be very vigilant and avail any information that can help in apprehending the killers to the Security Agents.
