OBANLA,SSA RUBS MINDS WITH COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEMBERS AT AKOKO NORTH EAST LG
On Monday afternoon eminent citizens drawn from various communities of Akoko North East Local Government,ANELG converged at the Council Headquarters in Ikare-Akoko to rub minds with Honourable Bode Obanla, the Senior Special Assistant,SSA to Governor Ayedatiwa on Community Engagement.
The All Progressives Congress Party Chairman in ANELG, Alhaji Saliu Olanrewaju led a 26 man powerful delegation who had a robust engagement with the SSA, Hon Obanla on modalities and procedures to be taken ahead of the already sheduled Community Engagement slated for Thursday this week.
Both the Office of the SSACE and the Committee members agreed on formalities and dimensions the Community Engagement would take across ANELG Communities.
The Committee members assured Obanla of their readiness and cooperation to make his assignments a worthy venture that would yield fruitful results.
Obanla stated the mandate of his office and responsibilities; emphasizing that he is out for genuine and proper Community Engagement with all strata of society without discrimination.
The meeting ended with an agenda setting ahead of the Thursday exercise.
