Jimoh Ibrahim Lauded for Unwavering Dedication to APC’s Success in Ondo State

The Aseyori Conference held at the University of Fortune, Igbotako, gathered thousands of APC leaders and loyalists, who came together in a show of unity and strength under the influential leadership of Senator Jimoh Ibrahim, CFR. National APC Chairman, Alhaji Abdullahi Ganduje, PhD, attended the event alongside other key dignitaries, including Ondo State’s Deputy Governor H.E. Dr. Adelami, APC’s Southwest Executives, and prominent party figures such as Hon. Kekemeke and Eng. Adetimehin. The conference was a testament to the growing momentum of the Aseyori movement and its commitment to delivering a landslide victory for APC in Saturday’s upcoming elections.

Senator Ibrahim, the visionary behind the Aseyori political subgroup, has built an effective structure that has proven instrumental in securing APC’s past victories. Notably, he led a triumphant campaign in the 2023 general elections, defeating H.E. Agboola Ajayi across all 66 wards of Ondo South Senatorial District. Through the Aseyori group, Ibrahim has mobilized an extensive network of executives across units, wards, and local governments, solidifying his position as a powerful influence in the Southwest’s political landscape.

Despite a recent setback in the APC primaries, where Ibrahim lost to Lucky Aiyedatiwa, he has remained a pillar of support within the party. Displaying remarkable sportsmanship, Ibrahim quickly rallied his resources to back Aiyedatiwa, a move lauded by APC leaders as a display of exemplary loyalty and unity. In his address to the Aseyori members, Ibrahim underscored the importance of staying focused on the collective goal of strengthening APC’s base in Ondo.

“Politics is a social game,” Ibrahim stated, “Don’t fight for me or argue on my behalf; instead, focus on organizing your units and wards. Together, let’s ensure a decisive victory for APC on Saturday.”

Ibrahim’s commitment and strategies have not only energized party members but have also drawn admiration from the National APC Chairman, Ganduje, who praised Ibrahim’s impactful representation in Ondo South and his ability to galvanize support for the party. Ganduje highlighted Ibrahim as a symbol of renewed hope and encouraged Aseyori members to sustain their efforts for APC’s success.

The sentiments were echoed by Sen. Tayo Alasoadura, Chairman of Aseyori in Ondo, who urged members to intensify their work at the grassroots level to ensure a resounding victory. Former Irele Local Government Chairman, Hon. Nicholas, emphasized that the conference was a pivotal moment, solidifying Ibrahim’s influence and the Aseyori group’s critical role in Saturday’s election.

With a structure comprising 27 executives in every unit, ward, and local government, the Aseyori group is poised to make a significant impact on Saturday’s outcome. Hon. Nicholas remarked, “This conference is a huge relief and assurance for APC at all levels. The support of our leader, Jimoh Ibrahim, CFR, has sent a clear message that APC has the advantage.”

As APC looks toward Saturday’s elections, the Aseyori Conference serves as a powerful affirmation of the party’s strength and unity, buoyed by Jimoh Ibrahim’s steadfast dedication to the APC cause. His selflessness, strategic acumen, and unwavering loyalty have set a standard, proving once again that his commitment to Ondo’s progress transcends personal ambition.
