BODE OBANLA WARN MISCHIEF MAKERS AGAINST POLITICALIZING OSE KIDNAPING
The Senior Special Assistant, SSA to Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa on Community Engagement for Ondo North, Hon. Bode Obanla has sent a serious warning to mischief makers against politicalizing the recent kidnapping in Ose Local Government.
OBANLA gave this warning while condemning the criminal act and sympathizing with the victims who were members of National Youth Service Corps, NYSC held hostage for days before their release.
Saying, “I sincerely sympathize with the hostages, the families of those who died in the unfortunate occurrence as well as with the people of Ose LGA whose communities have dangerously become a kidnaping zone”.
The SSA condemned the perpetrators of the dastardly act and all those trying to use the unfortunate occurrence to cause disaffection in other to create civil unrest in the state.
“I condemn in entirety all those who are mischievously trying to hide under the cover of the kidnap saga to cast aspersions and to rubbish the yeoman’s efforts of both Gov. Ayedatiwa led government, the Amotekun outfit and other Security Agencies in combating criminalities in the state.
Obanla gave reassurance to the people of Ose LGA and their neighboring Communities “…that the government is on top of the matter and Mr Governor has shown commitment to the security of lives and properties when recently he donated several security vans across all the security formations in the state and the people will soon begin to feel the difference via an improved security cover, which the government has made adequate arrangement for”.
He concluded by warning those instigating and insinuating negative impressions into the public domain to desist from such despicable act which is capable of causing dissaffection between the people and government.
“I want to assure our people that the No.1citizen and the Chief Security Officer of Ondo State, Hon.Lucky Ayedatiwa is working 24/7 through concerted efforts with all the security agencies to fully combat crimes and free our societies from all forms of banditry and hostilities”.
