Asiwaju Mandate Group Inaugurates Local Government Executives and Ward Coordinators, Urges Mobilization for Aiyedatiwa’s Victory

The Asiwaju Mandate Group, Ondo State (AMG), has commenced the inauguration of its local government executives and ward coordinators across all 18 local governments in the state. The series of ceremonies began in Idanre local government and progressed through Ifedore local government to Akure-North local government, following an earlier inauguration in Akoko North-West Local Government.

Evangelist Olumuyiwa Asagunla, addressing the gathering as the Director-General of the group on behalf of its convener and the Honourable Minister for Interior, Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, emphasised the group’s pivotal role in securing victory for Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa in the upcoming November governorship election.

“We are charged with mobilising our communities to ensure the victory of Governor Aiyedatiwa in the coming governorship election. This victory is not just about the governorship; it’s about endorsing the transformative vision of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, whose policies promise long-term benefits for our people and society.”Evangelist Asagunla affirmed.

Honouring the responsibility bestowed upon the newly inaugurated executives and coordinators, Asagunla emphasised the need for unwavering dedication and exemplary conduct. He said “You are ambassadors of our mandate, and your duties must be executed with utmost responsibility. Rest assured, you have the full support of our group and the Minister at all times.”

The solemn swearing-in ceremony, administered by the Director of Legal Services, Hon. Barr Pelemo Ade Samuel, marked a pivotal moment for the AMG as it prepares to mobilize grassroots support effectively for Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa ahead of the November election in the State.

Other distinguished attendees at the event included former House of Assembly members and Ifedore local government Coordinator of AMG, Hon. Abidakun Omotayo Jaja, alongside Deputy Director-General of AMG Otunba Rasak Isijola, AMG State Adviser, Hon. Kayode Aroloye, AMG Director of Finance, Mrs. Oyin Aroloye, and Mr. Martins Jenyo, Youth Director of AMG.
