Appraising Hon. Olamide Oladiji Youth Empowerment Initiative in Ondo East
When men who are given to excellence, communal growth and progress commit themselves to a task, the end product of such endeavor is one which inevitably leaves the people reeling with wondrous admiration.
Extolling these men are no attempt to sweet talk or chase vain glorification, just as a laborer must be paid his dues, honor must be given to the well deserved.
Hon. Olamide Oladiji, lawmaker representing Ondo East Constituency 1 have so far proven himself a man worthy of the accolades, his wonderful strides are one which bears the testament of a man who has a well thought out plan and template for the development and overall growth of his people.
While many sees impossibilities, he sees possibilities, in a socio-political cum economic reality where many are currently faced with the challenge of raising funds or creating productive means to engage their constituent, the Lawmaker in his brilliance fashioned out viable means to add value to his people, making them wealth creators in the process.
His recent empowerment scheme which saw to the empowerment of over 100 youths in the local government is one which must be highly commended and applauded.
The 2022 Youth Empowerment Project under the Landmark Initiative saw to the empowerment of Youths in various areas such as CCTV installation service and maintenance, Solar and Inverter, Remote Monitoring and Control, OBDII Automobile Diagnosing, GPS Automobile Tracking and Contract Proposal Writing.
While Flagging off the programme at the Civil Center, Bolorunduro, Ondo East LGA, Ondo State , Hon. Oladiji Olamide, said the programme is aimed at efficiently engaging and furnishing the youths with skills and intellects that will improve their quality of living.
His words during the event, he stated, “this is important to me because I believe that through this medium, we would be giving the beneficiaries a viable means to economically liberate themselves and also create wealth for others.”
The aforementioned quote attributed to Hon. Olamide Oladiji is a true landmark of a man who is given to the growth of his people. When a man not only gives you a fish but also teaches you how to fish, there’s no hidden fact that he loves you.
Such is the intent behind the laudable strides of Hon. Olamide Oladiji, the people of his constituents are no doubt blessed to have him as their representatives, for with him, the people can be rest assured that quality representation is well assured.
